Question 1

Who is Engora for?

Accepted Answer

Anyone improving their English — for work, study, travel or confidence. IELTS preparation is available as a dedicated mode, but you don't need an exam goal to use Engora.

Question 2

How does the AI feedback work?

Accepted Answer

When you submit a spoken or written answer, Engora analyses it for grammar, vocabulary and fluency, then returns corrections, explanations and recommended next practice.

Question 3

Which level do I start at?

Accepted Answer

After sign-up you take a short placement test in reading, listening, writing and speaking. It estimates your level from A1 to C2, and your plan, practice and mock exams start from there. You can always practise above or below it.

Question 4

Can explanations be in Uzbek?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The live coach explains its corrections in Uzbek or English, and the lexicon shows translations in Uzbek and Russian. The practice itself stays in English.

Question 5

Are IELTS scores official?

Accepted Answer

No. Engora shows estimated band scores to help you prepare. Only an official IELTS test provides an official score.

Question 6

Can I use Engora on my phone?

Accepted Answer

The web app works on mobile browsers today. Native iOS and Android apps are planned and will use the same account, progress and subscription.

Question 7

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free plan includes practice in every core skill with a daily allowance of AI evaluations.

Question 8

What happens to my recordings?

Accepted Answer

Recordings are stored securely and used to give you feedback. You stay in control of your data and can request its deletion.
